How do I track my order?

All ARVI orders are shipped with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm are usually processed the same day, while orders placed after 12pm are typically processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

When should I expect my delivery?

Delivery times depend on your location. Within the US, shipping generally takes 5–8 business days after processing. International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance and local carrier delays. Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, but once it’s with the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact us at info@tryarvi.com with your order number and full name. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours (weekdays only).

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@tryarvi.com. We process orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been confirmed, but we will do our best to assist. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid any issues.
